Welcome to the BraveArt Boxing Journey, a Progressive Method for teaching and maintaining the fundamentals of Recreational, Sport, and Competitive Boxing. The table below outlines the technical training journey to refine the essential fundamentals of the BraveArt Boxing School. In the first column, you’ll find the name of the training and its objective. “Journey” indicates the maximum number of training sessions required for your technical benefit, although the coach may expedite these steps when necessary. “Challenge” represents the difficulty level of each stage, and “Hero Adventure” outlines the training tasks required to advance through certain stages of the process.
